The lotion I use right now feels really oily on my face, and I HATE it. I occassionally use aloe vera gel on my legs and arms, but I was wondering if it would cause me to break out on my face. Also, I’ve heard that the bags under my eyes are from a lack of moisture; will it moisturize it enough that the bags go away?
